Dear Mobi Lodge customer

All deliveries are ex-factory in Middelburg. It is strongly advised that you receive your Mobi Lodge at the factory in Middelburg where you will receive a dedicated training session on the product, as well as orientation on the factory and service centre.

If it is not possible for your to receive your Mobi Lodge at the factory, we can put you in contact with suggested shipping agents from whom you can get quotations for your consideration. Mobi Lodge does not have inhouse delivery services.

Your Mobi Lodge is insured at and up to the factory address in Middelburg. Please consider the following mandatory insurance options:

• Certificate from your insurer stating that your Mobi Lodge has been added to your profile with reference to an acceptance of delivery by a third party to your address.
• If you financed you Mobi Lodge insurance is mandatory and we will need an certificate of acceptance for delivery by a third party to your address.
• If you do not want to add in transito insurance for your Mobile Lodge we can request a special quote from our insurers.
• If you do not want insurance and do not want us to raise delivery insurance we need a signed letter stating that we are allowed to deliver at your risk.
